About HeavyHub
Heavy equipment, finally easy to find — and easy to see.
We're building the rental marketplace India's construction sites actually need: real machines, real suppliers, and a live map that tells you where your money is at any given moment.
Why we're building this
Renting heavy equipment in India still mostly runs on phone calls, WhatsApp photos, and trust built over years with one or two known contacts. If your regular supplier's excavator is already out on a job, you start calling around — and once a machine does show up on site, you have almost no visibility into what it's actually doing for the rest of the rental period.
HeavyHub started from a simple frustration shared by site engineers and yard owners alike: booking a machine and tracking it once it arrives shouldn't be two completely disconnected problems. Suppliers were losing rental days to idle machines nobody knew were free, and customers were losing money to machines nobody could account for.
So we built a marketplace that treats those as one problem. Every machine listed on HeavyHub can be searched, compared, and booked online. Every machine that goes out on rent reports its location, engine hours, and fuel level back to a live dashboard that both sides can see — the supplier who owns it and the customer paying for it.
Who HeavyHub is for
Equipment suppliers
Fleet owners with excavators, backhoe loaders, tippers, road rollers, and cranes sitting idle between jobs. List once, get discovered by sites actively searching for that exact machine class in your city.
Site teams and contractors
Engineers and project managers who need a specific machine, in a specific place, on a specific date — and who'd rather compare verified suppliers on a screen than work a phone list.
Everyone, once the machine is on site
Live tracking isn't gated behind a premium tier or a separate app to configure. If a machine is rented through HeavyHub, both sides see the same GPS feed for the length of the rental.
How we think about the marketplace
We're building HeavyHub as a three-sided platform on purpose: supply (the fleet owners), site (the people booking equipment), and visibility (the live tracking layer connecting them). Most rental platforms stop at the booking step. We think the booking step is the easy half — the rental period itself, when a customer has no way to verify a machine's location or usage, is where trust actually breaks down.
That's why GPS tracking isn't a bolt-on feature for us. It's part of how a rental works on HeavyHub from day one: dispatch, engine hours, fuel level, and location, visible to both parties for as long as the machine is out.
We're an India-focused product, built for the realities of Indian construction sites — multi-day and multi-week rentals, driver-operated heavy machinery, and site addresses that don't always have a tidy postal match. We'd rather solve for that directly than adapt a platform built for a different market.
